We get quite a few enquiries asking what our hourly rate is, presumably, so that the person enquiring can then compare against other web designers. But, the hourly rate isn’t the whole picture, because what you don’t know is what we can do in an hour. So, it’s pretty meaningless.
But, if you really want to know, we have 2x hourly rates as detailed below:
For maintenance plan clients – our rate is currently £67/hr billed in 15min increments.
For non-maintenance plan clients – our rate is currently £81/hr billed in 15min increments.
We provide different rates for sites that have not been routinely updated, secured and maintained by us. That is because jumping into a site often leads to more backend work even with simple updates.
We also want to help out our regular care plan clients, by giving them a substantial discount on our hourly rate, by way of a thank you.
You’ll be happy with the services we offer, which is why our monthly plan should be your first choice. Your website will always stay up-to-date and running smoothly so you don’t have to worry about it!
We offer two kinds of pricing for our services: fixed-price for larger projects (e.g. additional pages) and hourly rates for work such as website updates, smaller design jobs, or one-time additions.
As a client, you know that our service is fast, providing the most timely and efficient service we can. We get the details upfront for fixed-price projects before providing an estimate on the hours needed to complete your project.
If you’re curious, our rates are still on the lower end of the scale when compared to other web agencies and designers with a similar level of expertise and customer care. (Most professional freelancers charge anywhere between £20-£100/hr.)
We intentionally keep this rate as low as we can so clients are able to afford our hourly services when needed. We aim to make it more cost-effective to have us do any updates, so you don’t have to.
